How do I return an item purchased at Jhakaas man?
Jhakaas man offers its customers an Easy Return Policy’, wherein you can request a return/exchange within 2 days of delivery of a product. We also accept partial returns, in which you can request a return for one or all of the products in your order.
Step 1: Contact our customer support team via email ([email protected]) within 2 business days of receiving the order.
Step 2: Provide us your order ID details and your request to return / change / return your order. Please email an image of the product and invoice for our reference.
Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will begin the refund or replacement process only when the products are retained in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes.
If the products received by the customer have been received in damaged / defective condition or have expired or an incorrect product has been delivered. Such products can only be returned in their original packaging, unused and in sealed condition.

If a product is accepted a return, jhakaas man will replace or refund the value of the invoiced for the damaged / defective / finished / incorrect product. In any case, the amount of additional custom paid by the customer to receive the product will be given to the customer as a refund coupon, which is applied to the customer’s next order with jhakaas man, subject to the customer being provided to the customer can go. Copy of customs receipt.
Note: If this is a case of replacement, it is subject to stock availability. In cases where no replacement may be available, we will refund you the full amount. Please refer to the next question for exclusion for refund.
What are the items that cannot be returned/exchanged?
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
*Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
*Returned with original packaging, including price tag, label, original *packing, free, and other items or if original packaging is damaged
*The serial number is tampered with.
*Defective products not covered under seller/manufacturer warranty
*Product used or replaced
*If the request is initiated after 2 working days of order delivery
*Brand Free Products

I have received a damaged or defective item / wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?
Our shipments undergo rigorous quality check procedures before leaving our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product has been damaged during shipment or transit, you can request a replacement or cancellation and a refund.
If you have received an item in a damaged / defective condition or have shipped an incorrect product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 2 days of receiving the order:

Step 2: Request us to return / replace / return / return your order ID details and defective / incorrect items in your order. Please share an image of the product and invoice for our reference.

Do I have to return a free gift when I return a product?
Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned with the product originally delivered.
Can I return part of my order?
Yes. A return can be created at the item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item. However, any product that needs to be returned must include all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products.
How will I get a refund for orders returned and how long will this process take?
In case of a refund/replacement/return, we process the refund once the products are received and verified in our warehouse.
For payments made via credit/debit card or net banking: the refund will be processed in the same account from where the payment was made within 24–48 business hours of receiving the products back to us. It may take 3-4 additional business days to reflect the amount in your account.
For cash on delivery transactions: we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24–48 business hours and the products will be returned to your bank details over email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days to reflect the amount in your account.
