Cancellation before shipment (valid only on orders and delivery in India):

In such cases, your order will be canceled, and the money canceled by us will be refunded to you within 24-48 hours of being duly processed.
How will I get a refund for canceled orders and how long will this process take?
In case of cancellation before shipment, we receive a refund request within 24-48 business hours after cancellation.
In the case of a cancellation, once the shipment has already been shipped or if it is being returned, we process the return once the products are received and verified in our warehouse.
For payments made via credit/debit card or net banking: the refund will be processed in the same account from where the payment was made within 24–48 business hours of receiving the products back to us. It may take 3-4 additional business days to reflect the amount in your account.
For cash on delivery transactions: we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24–48 business hours and the products will be returned to your bank details over email. It will take an additional 3-4 business days to reflect the amount in your account.

What if I used a discount voucher at the time of payment and I have to cancel my order?
Discount vouchers are for one-time use only and will be used even if you cancel the order.
If you redeemed loyalty points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in case of cancellation.
